We use Open Table and Braintree as a compliant source for holding any credit card information from you on the website and we use Open Table to manage online reservations. MANAGING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You can correct, update, or remove your personal information if it changes or if you no longer want to receive information from us. We may not be able to completely remove your personal information from our systems in all circumstances because of our data retention obligations. For example, we may retain your personal information for legitimate business purposes, if it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, if required by law, or as retained in our data backup systems or cached or archived pages. All of your personal information that we retain will continue to be subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy to which you have previously agreed and we will delete the retained personal information when the obligation for its retention has concluded. We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your personal information after you delete your account, but not in a manner that would identify you personally.

METHODOLOGY FOR SUBMITTING CONSUMER REQUESTS

We will deliver a response to you in accordance with the requirements of the CCPA, currently within 45 days of receiving the verifiable consumer request.

California “Shine the Light” Law

Under California Civil Code (Cal. Civ. Code §§ 1798.83), if you are a customer who resides in the State of California, you have the right to request from Sydell a list of third parties with whom we have shared Personal Information about you for their own direct marketing purposes during the previous calendar year. Such requests may be made no more than once per calendar year.
