On Wednesday nights at Charlie Palmer Steak IV, we've turned up the volume. Settle into the Martini Lounge on the fourth floor of The Knickerbocker as a live trio takes the room through jazz standards, bossa, and the occasional late-night torch song.

Pair the music with Chef Charlie Palmer's prime cuts, a glass from our cellar, or a tableside Dry Martini poured the way it was in 1912 — right here, where the original was born. It's date night, post-office drinks and it's that kind of New York night.
